We have really screwed up. Both my husband and I have got a gambling problem. We have pretty much pawned everything we own. Maybe thats why we don't own a house we would probably lose that to. We both work but recently i have been temperaly layed off because of the weather, i will return to work in the spring. Right now i make $800 a month on Unemployment I went out yesterday and spent rent and bill money in a stupid slot machine hoping to win. I lied to my husband and told him i paid bills. (This is the first time i have ever lied to him I'm scared and sad) Soon he is going to wonder why the bills are not paid I don't have anyone to turn to for help. We don't even have much groceries in the house i will be calling the food bank today for some help. My bills that i told him were paid total $250.00 can any one can help me? I will pay back in time but it has to be done without my husband knowing. I am going to do my best to find other things to do rather than gamble. I am reading all about problem gamblers and it is opening my eyes to this severe problem. I have asked God to help us and every time he does we just seem to screw up. If God touches you and you decide to help us I will promise i will not screw up again. I will take your kindness as a blessing from God. And that should not be taken lightly.
